Kayfun 3.1 broken part.

Hi guys, today I went to use my Kayfun 3.1 I received from Fasttech but I seem to have broken one of the parts that goes into the chimney to secure the positive block in place.


Is it possible to get another part like this or is it a new Atty job?

Exact same thing happened to mine........took 3 months to get a replacement from FT.........I have various Kayfuns, so I ordered a rake of spares from SvoeMesto...It's a known weakness with the FT clone, so I would suggest getting it from SvoeMesto, along with other bits to warrant the postage.

chrisjw did the same a while back - might be worth a PM to see if he managed to source a replacement

Off Topic..... but i am still baffled why the Spheroid has not been cloned, it's deffo gotta be the easiest to clone and imo.....again i say imo better than the KF for taste in juice ???

I'm surprised you didn't go for the genuine Spheroid that is up for sale in the classies for £45 delivered - heir and 3 spares etc.

Nah, i am fine for all vaping gear, i am a boring vapor, i just use one flavor per day and three flavors per week swapping and changing out of the three....but hell mary the spheroids all taste great.

Saying that it can be a bad thing as the spheroid brings out the flavor so much in a juice it can make a good flavor bad, i.e Red Astaire for me in a spheroid is not as nice than say a protank.

I know I've given that lot's of thought while waiting for a fasttech clone, could it be the shape of the Spheroid (the domed top bit) that's expensive to clone otherwise surely they would have done one by now.

LOL - I know what you mean. I buy all these new rba's but after a few weeks use I always end up selling them and going back to my old faithful Scuba and Diver which has now been joined by the equally great S'n'P and Sophia - nothing ever matches them for consistency.

Ended up buying a couple of replacement pins from SvoeMesto. The postage was more than the parts but hopefully they are made a bit better than the clone parts.

stu1873, that's why I suggested getting a few bits from them to cover postage....I got a couple of spare clear tanks, centre posts & a Kayfun Lite+ base to make it worthwhile....

I do wish people would specify that they are talking about a clone in the topic. Or even specify that they are talking about a clone generally. Any cloned kayfun is not a kayfun, it is a clone and should be described as such…….. I'm pretty sure a genuine one has never broken like that.

I have been thinking exactly the same for weeks now Super-Shiney, virtually everything else has been cloned, but not the Spheroid. Very strange.

I think the "Fastech" reference confirmed that a1laserboy to be honest.....
