Recipe Request - Pear & Absinthe

Anyone seen any recipe's for a Pear & Absinthe Mix?

Could be rank Des . . . but this has just popped into my head:

10% Pear
5% Absinthe
2% Lemon
1% Sweetener

I'm thinking you're wanting to re-create an Absinthe French Pear Cocktail?

No just a Pear & Absinthe TBH, I haz Pear and I haz Absinthe and I haz Sweetener but I no haz Lemon, so I may just leave it out.

It was the ratio between Pear & Absinthe I was concerned about so I may go :

12% Pear
7% Absinthe
1% sweetener and see how that comes out.



EDIT I haz "Citrus Mix"

So I'll try
12% Pear
6% Absinthe
1% Citrus Mix
1% Sweetener

I'll let you know how it goes, but I reckon it will need at least 2 weeks steeping.

I have not used cinnamon nor absinthe so have no clue what I am talking about- please ignore me lol.
Seriously though I did try to find something for you, and I am guessing you have used cinnamon so perhaps you may be able to relate , and equate-
If it is of no use whatsoever sorry -

That's just what I was looking for (to adapt) as I said to Perps above it was the pear/Absinthe ratio I was interested in but that Recipe looks interesting so I'll add it to my list.

Italian Pear is 12% absinthe 20% pear no sweetener got some steeping not tried it yet though

Just bought 60ml of absinthe, so will be looking at a few absinthe recipes
That Italian Pear looks good babs I think that could be on the list
