recomend me a good/cheap started mod please

Me personally I have no issues with a light saber so I'd recommend a Vamo or an eVic although I am loving my little Coolfire 1 for a subtle little daytime out and about mod

sorry by light saber I ment the ones that you can hold 2 handed ie huge
ive been looking at the evic and the mini 134 even throw it has more bling than mr t as well as the vtr
but cheapest I can find evic is £80

Just wanted to say that I have dropped my MVPv2 on concrete, accidently brushed it off a table onto laminate flooring, dropped it mud, kicked it along a pavement after dropping it. Apart from some scratches to the paint, it has no dents and still works perfectly after 7 months! This is why it is my daytime mod, it is nearly indestructable. I do know that I wouldn't want to put my SVD or my Nemesis clone through all that and still get them working. Oh, and the battery is still lasting about 2 days of moderate vaping.

That is encouraging to hear!  It feels like it could be that solid in day to day use, but I have absolutely no desire to find out if it really is.

the problem is im a heavy vaper so want to be able to swop batts and the more I look at them the more I end up wanting to spend so I don't have to buy a different one 3 month down the line I do want vv/vw and it to be discreet for sneaky puffs at work .Thanks for all the suggestions so far peps anybody know were cheapest place to get the evic is

Mines a similar age and has led a similar life.. Dropped it into a dark recess that led into the wing of the minibus at work last week (that I wrongly assumed was covered with a grill) I had to drive about hoping it was still in there for a day or so before I had a chance to get the light assembly off and fiddle it out. Still works a treat

I would not recommend the EVIC. Everyone "flames" me for banging on about it. Horrible, fragile, feature-rich, life-short Joyetech junk.

Mine never left the house, never got dropped or fell over.

5 months total. 23,000 puffs. Even after 2 months the threads were wearing badly.

Im similar to the hulk ie I smash everything so looks like the evic is of the list,but it looks so pretty
do the mini 134 have a kick in it (yay I know what one is happy dance)
how limited is the vtr with atomizers (size wise)
is there anything elce vv/vw mod wise I should look at
should I just get a vamo on a slow boat and be sensible (please say no lol)
max I really wana spend is £100 for batts ,charger and mod

Id say you cant beat a vamo, its reliable, its tough and can take any size atty Its all round good mod, if the look of it don't tickle your pickle then the SVD is a looker and a good all rounder. The max atty size you can have in the VTR is 19mm i think, but you can get an extension tube.

djs had a dodgy eVic - these things do happen - mine is four months old - dunno how many puffs as I forget how to check these things but lots and the threads are fine and nothing has died as yet.  That said like most electronic devices it probably isn't going to react well to being dropped repeatedly on hard surfaces - I use mind about the house as its gives the best modulated vape of an electric mod I've experienced. It would never be my only mod but I do love mine.

They seem to have gone up in price recently though - I got mine from thesmoking.co.uk but they want a tenner more than I paid now and currently out of stock

The mini 134 is a VW device so has a 'kick' built in so to speak - its variable wattage.  I quite like the styling although it only takes 18500/18350 batteries so if you are a heavy user you'll need to carry spares out and about.

The VTR will take any attys as it comes with an extension tube - problem is the tube makes it look ridiculous but it will work with anything - it will just only look cool with slimmer tanks.

You can get a Vamo kit for £55 with a decent charger batteries and even a decent clearomiser or two from myepack for £55 - even a FT kit doesn't work out that much cheaper and you'll get it next day as opposed to a month later and have comeback in the UK if anything goes wrong.  Its an all round decent mod and mine has survived being dropped on more than one occasion (sshame the tanks didn't fare so well lol

I cant believe totally wicked is the cheapest lol.
THE prob is someone put up a link for some very nice bodies for the evic for about 20 or so quid and I have a golum type lusting's for it(must remember to thank them for it).What djs said do bother me a wee bit spesh with the"threads were wearing badly" part ,but if this was purchased from TW I can allways take it back and have a wee discussion with the man in the shop(being 6,4 I tend to find things go my way when discussing consumer rights ;p)
