Phoned about a spare part for my ice cream maker....couldn't find it anywhere online

British customer service person answered ....apparently their call centre is in the UK and it's a 0191 number so not expensive to phone (not with my call package - yours may vary). Asked for the model number of the ice cream maker (it is still about £20 on amazon so not expensive). Got the spare part and said that'll be £10 something (only a cheapo ice cream maker remember? And they sell spare parts )

Phoned today for tracking but found out via the website they don't track for royal mail. Another helpful assistant who said it had been sent out today first class

Great customer service. The ice cream maker is also pretty high rated for a budget one

Jane, @johanino... I've had an Andrew James halogen oven for over 2 years now, with no problem whatsoever and being used nearly every day... after having two duds from another 'certain' manufacturer. Great value and great product, have had no need to test their customer service.

and there is this fantastic book to go with - we also have an icecream maker for about £ 20 - don't know which brand would need to look - but am too lazy - lol - works perfectly

do you no were to bye pistachio paste from or even how to make the paste? love myself a bit of pistachio ice cream, i just use a shallow plastic tray in the freezer and mix every hour and it never works need a ice cream maker for sure

Paddle came yesterday. Picked up today after vets with SF (SF is first SF that doesn't like vets . She's going to have to learn to like it. She's at the age where she will need her back claws clipped every 6 weeks). Fits but not tried it....
