If it is not in the hands of the Royal Mail yet, then it will not recognise the number. I often post thing within the UK as both signed for and Special Delivery but even when it has been handed over at the Post Office and has been scanned by the Post Office, it still does not get recognised until it arrives at the sorting office. So if your parcel has been held by customs, it is not yet in the Royal Mail system.

Yes, I have had 2 PayPal disputes for Chinese vendors and both went in their favour. I hate PayPal and have no trust in them at all...
As for FT, i have always found them good with problems, hope they might sort out your problem...

Have you actually been waiting for 45 days? Despite you saying that it is unacceptable by you, that's the agreement between PP and the Vendor, you won't get anywhere by being bullish. Make a claim AFTER you have waited 45 days and still NO delivery. This is what I did and got an instant refund, no problem.

The Paypal dispute cut off point is 45 days, then a 20 day limit to escalate to a claim. So you have to raise a dispute before the 45 days is up, as I understand it.

Time for another phone call to Paypal. You just have to persist.

Theyve closed my case again in fasttechs favour!!!! FFS! Steve (VapeStorm) I could read back, but what day did you order? What day did they send? Is there any tracking? I received a parcel on Saturday from them, that has no tracking on royal mail, but obviously somehow they know if it has been delivered. Have you checked the sorting office?

It was a claim @yinyang, the tracking stopped when my order reached heathrow on 18/02 just seems to have vanishrd I I would forget about Fasttech and their standard " Sorry you are upset valued customer, please to wait a few more days" responses and deal directly with PayPal. It looks as though the package has been lost/stolen at Heathrow. I have vowed never to order from China again as the cheap prices are outweighed by the $hi£ customer service and hit and miss quality control that we have been receiving over the past 3 months. My thoughts entirely @yinyang, i have stated on many occasion that fasttech is a buyer beware type of purchase and as unfortunate as this case is, it is one of many i suspect. It's best left to the UK vendors who have personal contacts out in the far east imo. On this case alone i would just be dealing with PayPal.

Theyve closed my case again in fasttechs favour!!!! FFS! Just do a "charge back" with your credit card company. Neil Cant do that Neil It was from paypal balance. just been on the phone to paypal again finally spoke to someone british and that I could understand. I explained the situation what had been done before etc hes saying that fasttech have provided tracking info so its been decided in their favour. I explained that my interpretation was that the seller is obliged to ensure that the courier delivers the order. To which the bloke replyed that is correct. I then argued why I had not received my order and was not recieving a refund? I went on further to say that paypal promises to make online shopping safer and protect buyers from losi g out when items are either not recieved or are faulty. Then the conversation just went round in circles. I cannot have another appeal on this claim but he has sent it through to have a quick unofficial review? In 24 hours seriously pissed off!!!

Oh that is a shame Steve, I will keep my fingers crossed for you mate. Does the "Sale of Goods Act" cover you for non delivery, surely the onus is on them to prove that you have received the items. I have read elsewhere that Paypal will try and palm you off if they can but the small claims court can often focus their minds.
I hope you hear some good news soon.
Neil

Disputed Amount:
$65.36 USD
Status
Upon further review of this case, we have granted the seller's appeal. The seller may contact you to request that you return the refund that was previously issued to you.
If you've received the item but it's not as described by the seller, you can appeal this decision..
Apparently ive already recieved a refund? Checked bank statements and paypal statements and no refund!
