What did you actually order Steve? Just been browsing another forum, where someone received a package from FT after having to pay some import duties.........and they had not even ordered the items. ( sammy13? Lol) Initially phoned to make a complaint, but when she went over my file she saw it was tottally wrong offered huge apologises and refunded me instantly. Wooohooo now why couldnt they do that the first time round??? |

Good for you mate, just shows you have to keep on trying, paypal seems very lazy, had problems in the past myself that my credit card company ended up sorting out.

Only way I've ever managed to get a refund is by calling them and doing it over the phone. They can be great or an absolute nightmare! Glad you have got it sorted though.
