I put an order in over a month ago for a Russian 91% and an ohm checker. They have split my order and shipped my Russian. The ohm checker is still not in stock. I want to cancel it. And order from the UK. So what happens if I cancel that part if the order do fasttech reimburse me or do I get credit.

How long does delivery take from dispatch. It's been two weeks since it said dispatched to overseas.

"Dispatched to overseas" does not necessarily mean that it is on an aircraft bound to the UK  ...  it simply means that it has been delivered into the hands of the Chinese customs people. It normally takes at least 2 weeks from entering this status until it arrives at Heathrow where the status will change to "arrived at destination country". Depending on UK customs and Royal Mail, it can then take from 3 days to a week or more to arrive at your door.

After I'd collected my last FT order from the PO, I thought I'd have a look see at the tracking . . . it still said dispatched to overseas. I don't find it especially accurate and don't bother checking it because of that upnorth.

Surely you can track it via the Royal Mail website. I know Jess in France doesn't have that option, but surely in the UK the Royal Mail will be pretty accurate?!?!

As soon as I have the tracking number I start checking on the Spanish Mail website until it gets to my door. Once it has arrived in Spain I can check its progress and whereabouts right up to the day it is delivered. Should be the same with the Royal Mail in the UK too.

^^^^ This toots . . . tbh, I never waste my time looking at tracking a parcel from China. Invariably I'm out when it's delivered so have to collect it from the PO anyway, the one and only thing I do do, is make a note on my calendar of the latest date I can file with Paypal - and that's it. I simply couldn't be bothered doing anything more.

I appreciate your situation is somewhat different though, I don't have a 3 hour mountainous journey to get to the local Sorting Office.

I use www.trackitonline.ru they seem to be more up to date than any of the other online trackers
