I don't see the video in your post but the idea caught my attention and I went a-hunting.

This is the product link from the youtube vid - not sure if it's the original or not but Woot! I've finally found somewhere with the Nemesis (real) in stock... Not that I've the cash for one right now.
Very tempted to order the hybrid adapter from FT. Thanks for spotting.
