I don't think you can access the classes on ukv until you have made 100 posts

I only have 15 posts and have access to that section and have made a couple of purchases too. Might be that you need to make an introduction post in the new members section before you can enter the classifieds area.  You need 100 posts before you can advertise goods for sale, but that's the only 'rule' I know of.

Once activated, you can buy from the classies but not sell until you make 100 posts.
