I can't believe how helpful you have all been, I honestly thought you would all think I was just trying to make a quick few quid out of a growing trend by trying to con people into paying over the odds for cheap basic kits.

I wish now that I had talked to you all months ago when I started to think about starting the business.

never in a million years would anyone think that. you are one of the most down to earth people I have ever spoken to and I will help all I can and I am sure the other members feel the same good luck in your new venture

Utterly off topic... Yes - so very different. Between ages of 2 and 7 I lived in Fore Lanes and I being so utterly traumatised when the bull dozers and diggers came in and ripped up the farmers field I used to play in (very close to the transmitter). I went back a couple of years ago to see if I could find / recognise the house (the vicarage that was) - I did but... My goodness - Four Lanes is like huge (I kind of remember it as one road with houses along it, an estate on the marshy side and the cross roads (?) by the school....

tomj777 still off topic but I teach in Pencoys Primary school, a conjunction of Nine Maidens and the old school at the bottom of the hill at Piece, near the Countryman pub. Lovely school, with super pupils. Four Lanes still has a reputation for more than its fair share of low cloud and mist though - some things never change!!

Can't resist... Sorry... chykensa not sure of this will mean much to you but the amazing Jack Flan was my first Head Master and a good family friend. I think that was Nine Maidens school but I'm not certain.
It's s wonderful small world.
