Just got my first delivery from them. Sweet Mango/Vanilla Custard/Harvest Berry / Raspberry. How do they rate in the strength chart? I like a strong flavour, but they smell quite strong to begin with. Normally I mix at 15% or 20%. What would anyone recommend for these please? And any guide on steeping times - I am impatient!!

They're Capella concentrates, yes emmita? In which case I'd stick with your 15-20% . . . Harvest Berries I always do at 20% and use this recipe for Vanilla Custard which will take the longest to steep, 3 weeks minimum. You could tweak it and use 1% Sweetener and 1% Vanillin. The others will be good after a week or two.   |
