2nd and 4th aint bad, god knows where the winner came from and that is from a semi-pro. His strike rate for the year his higher than Paul Nichols and Nicky Henderson. You can back his runners blind and return a healthy profit. |

easy after the event he was brought after winning the ulster national by 23 lengths. (3m 4f)
ran well cheltenham although over hurdles. (quite a few national winners run over hudles in the same season though)
gee i just cant get winner lately
2nd & 4th this year
3rd last year (lead over last)
2nd before that beaten a nose (lead over last)
and 2nd before that.
all got me money though.

all horses came home safe too.
how unlucky was 'across the bay' that loose horse messing him up.
the winner looked so fresh as if he could have done it again.

I love when small yards win. They put their life into one horse, give it everything they've got and just hope for the best. They treat their horse like a King and it's nice to see them rewarded.
