Have you tried Sagepay FyneMods? I know Myepack use them and they seem quick and easy to use for the customer, just a thought.
Maybe you could PM a few other vendors on here and ask them what they use.
We all really hope you sort your issues out soon!

Im currently looking onto a new website host that has sagepay integration so hopefully i can get this up and running,
there might be a possibility that m-vapes.co.uk will become mvapesuk.co.uk but not sure yet.
I will work through the night and all over the weekend to get this sorted.

I recently bought a Cartel mod from M-Vapes. Great mod supplied fast and excellent communication by Matt.

As I don't do paypal I paid by Direct Bank Transfer. Another option to consider.

Important please read!!! As of Monday the 27th October 2014 we will no longer be able to accept any form of payment for products due to are paypal account being restricted and now our card payment account banning us from using them as they do not allow the sales of e-cigs with there service they provide.

I have spent the last week desperately defending our case with both companies but to no avail.
We are desperately try to work out another way to take payments and remain a functioning business.

Sadly our website does not have any other options for checkout providers and nothing i have looked at will integrate and work with our current website provider.

We are now trying to sort out building an entirely new website with a different provider that allows us to integrate payment methods we can use, sadly though this is not an immediate thing and will take a while to sort out.

In the mean time as of i think midnight tonight the 26th October you will no longer be able to purchase items for us however in this down time we will remain very active on planet of the vapes forum and also AAEC forum to keep our customers updated.
We still have tons of stock for sale but just no way to accept payments at this time.
If you do require something please contact me directly and i will be more than happy to discuss a way to pay, e.g direct bank transfer cash in post etc.. collection...
All orders placed so far and over the weekend will be dispatched as normal on Monday and tracking numbers will be uploaded as usual.

What a pain in the arse, have you spoken to other vendors regarding what they use? I suppose for those that have used you before would be happy to do bank transfer etc just a shame that your going to lose potential custom/income cos of these dweebs

Well they have not shut our payments down yet! seems you can still make purchases, i have no idea how long this will last.
on a plus side we are looking at setting up another payment provider that is compatible with our store, this will take a while as we need to sort out a merchant account.

Hi all, I have just checked our website and it now appears they have stopped the card payment services to us, so we can now no longer accept any form of online payment :-(

So whats next for M-vapes?

Well as you know we are still a business with lots of good products to sell and I am currently working very hard to find another payment processing company that will process online payments for us.

It seems alot of them will not provide services for companies that sell e-cigs and e-cig related products due to being age sensitive online payments.
Stripe
Autherize.net
and AIB Allied Irish Bank all will not provide services to companies that sell e-cig and related.

We are currently looking into sagepay and have applied so hopefully they will get back to me soon.


In the mean time you are more than welcome to email me [e-mail] to place an order and we can sort out direct bank transfer or postal orders etc...

Hi guys, i would just like to say thank you all so much for your continued support through this tough time.
As you now the last week has been a nightmare
Paypal restricting our account because apparently we are breaking the acceptable use policy when i am certain we are not as we do not sell anything that is copyright protected and if it is then i welcome the original makers to contact me and provide me with there copyright details, trademarks and most importantly patents they have purchased, so far the only company to do this is gp paps.
Most of the cannot afford to buy the copyrights and patents as it is very expensive process.
I have far more respect for an original maker to contact me with there copyright details and politly ask me to remove the offending products rather than crying like a baby to paypal about it.
We are all humans with little mouths to feed and bills to pay and we all would love to keep the roof over our heads.

With regards stripe and autherize.net, both reputable online payment processors, they informed me that they cannot provide services to me as they do not provide services to inline shops that sell e-cig and e-cig related products as they are age restricted and there payment merchant does not allow this.

As you know i work very very hard to provide the best quality products out there copys or not everything i sell has to be the highest standard.
And customer service some people say i have exceptional customer service, really all i do is treat people the way i would wish to be treated and if that works happy days :-)

I will continue to do what i do as i am passionate about vaping hopefully i will find a payment solution and satisfies everyone.

Really sad to hear about this Matt and I would not have thought that anything you sold was age restricted as IIRC you never sold anything containing nicotine. Good luck and hope you find a solution soon.
