I'm sure this has probably been asked before, but what gear and amount of liquid is ok to take through an airport? The family and I are thinking of going to Salou in June and don't want to lose any of my precious gear or juice.
Would it be best to pack my stuff in my main luggage bag or in my carry on?
I'll need something to take with me on board, should I just go for an ego type or would a mod be ok?

You will have no probs matey I live in Spain and travel back to the UK regularly with my mods and x3 30ml bottles of juice with no issues in hand luggage If carrying in hand luggage my advice would be make sure that each bottle of juice is in a separate plastic bag (just in case there is a jobsworth on at security) and put your own labels on the bottles making sure the word "Poison" or symbols are not on them HTH

I'm really only using 2 juices at the moment and don't have them labelled as I know what each one is.

Batteries MUST go in cases in Hand Luggage NOT hold luggage. Put Bulk liquids in your case (I'd use a zip lock bag). No visible liquid in tanks in e-cigs in hand luggage or on your person.

Came back from Jordan last year and they made us put the batteries in the hold! figure that one out, if there was a short or a meltdown we'd have all been jiggered!

Just got back from Sharm flying from East Midlands. Had no problems either way. Put batteries and half liquids in hand luggage. Put 3 x10ml liquids and 2 mini protanks full in a ziplock clear freezer bag. 30ml liquid and two evods in case also. Was really concerned as first vaping trip but now so many vapers are travelling I think they are less suspicious.

So we're off to Spain tomorrow, I'm going to take some 18650's with me but I don't have any of the little cases to put them in. Is there anything else I could put them in? I was thinking I'd put some of my stuff in my VTR box, would that be ok?

I think after the problems involving the lithium batteries in beoings catching fire recently, they are a bit worried about batteries in the hold. Malasia air is refusing to take any batteries shipped as freight from china at all.
