Ohms meters

I refuse to buy from FT, so where's best place to get an ohms meter on this side of the world?  Also, are they heavy enough to hold a base in place while you're putting on a new coil?

C9V and Sadie both have them for around £13 ... and yes they are heavy and stable enough to recoil on.

Not sure if this is still the case: The Sigele ohm meter from C9V that I bought soon after Keith started stocking was decidedly iffy using USB to drive it.
However, with my desk, I really don't need another cable kicking about...
However, with a 14500 battery it's absolutely brilliant and I heartedly recommend it.

I'd definitely prefer something that doesn't need plugging in if possible.

I've been using my Vamo to check them up to now, but the Vamo and a few other bits are going up in the classies some time this week.

The great thing about these ohm meters (other than accuracy - not convinced about my old SVD's readings) is that they make a great building platform

Planned set up was to have two Spheroid/g16 sets and a Spheroid/microstick combo as soon as the microsticks come back in stock. Won't be splitting Super-Shiny's set, so still need to get another g16 & Spheroid (might actually buy the Aiolos instead) but then I'm DONE! Honest.

The 50/50 one has the same contacts as a genuine one and that's what matters most, the tubing is just a face Tease-smiley
