Hey, How simple would it be to do this? The metal threads have worn on my 1300mah one but I have a 600mah that still screws into everything just fine. Can the circuit board be removed from beneath the button and simply slid into the replacement top cap or would there be soldering involved? The "knackered" one still connects with one tank so I don't want to just rip everything off and see if it turns out the job is beyond me. del

Guess anything things possible, but they are cheap and not sure I'd bother personally.
