Punching Carto's for use in tanks

There are a few ways to punch a hole into a cartomiser for when they are used in a tank but here is one of the simplest IMO

you're gonna need one of these thingies they are called 1/4 self piercing saddle valve

heres a video demo to show you how simple it is..... in a nutshell put a carto in the saddle valve tighten up the bottom bolt to hold firmly in place then turn the top handle slowly till you hear a POP. turn another half to a full turn depending on how large you want the hold... don't turn anymore than this or you will pierce the center tube of the carto... hope this helps

I've seen a D.I.Y tank made from a syringe too Jane

Hammer and nail here also, my DIY jig is to tape the carto to the table :-)

Home made tank was fine till it leaked everywhere...

Eek....messy and dangerous with about 5ml of 36mg/ml all over my hands

That's more than a days vape for me right now
