I know the feeling! My OH has decided to moan and groan about my spending on shinies and liquid. No mention of the fact of how well I've done in giving up smoking fags after 35 years. Sometimes there is no pleasing some people!

Tell him how much you have saved by giving up the ciggies also how much it will save in decorating costs etc.  also you have shinies to show for your money instead of dirty ashtrays

If only it was that easy!  He said this morning, for all the money you are spending on vaping gear you just as well kept on smoking, cause you ain't saved any money!  Oh hello?  My health is so much better, is that not important?

Oh, and don't even get me started on how much money he spends each month on his "clay pigeon shooting hobby"
