When I ordered all of the items were showing as in stock. Then the next day the Vamo said ships in 3 days, I thought, ok 3 days isn't long, that's fine and it is now showing as ready to ship but one of the previously in stock items is now showing as restocking with no estimated shipping date.
Do I contact support to split the order or will they do it automatically now everything but this one item are showing as ready to ship?

They will send everything together. You can easily cancel an item that hasn't been sent.
Go to : manage and track orders : change/details (on the order in question)
If it hasn't been sent you can cancel the item for either a credit or a refund.
They should then send the rest of the order quickly.
You can start a new order with the delayed item if you wish. So much easier than dealing with customer support.

Sent from my Nexus 7 using proboards You can put a ticket in asking them to split the order for you but you may have to pay a a little bit more for postage if the value of the items you are splitting is below $15 once they are split because you wouldnt qualify for free shipping. or you could just cancell the item that is holding up the order and get a gift certificate to use on your next order

If you order and forget, they tend to split the order for you automatically with no charge, after a period of time... They recently split an order of mine into 3, as it turned out, all 3 shipments were sent 3 days running ???

They've never done that for me Then again I never order more than £8 worth at a time, so I'm too much of a cheap skate to warrant such attention

I cancelled the held up item and got a gift certificate so I'm going to use that to go towards the few bits I was planning to order this evening :-)
