problems with my vtr

hi all - this morning my vtr does not take my pprotanks or the aero tank - they all work fine on other batteries - and the coils are srewed in properly but when I put them on my vtr - there is no resistance.

I have then tried it with the adapter and a mini protank - ant that works fine  ???

510 pin pushed down too far?

that's what I thought - how do I best get it up ? - does not seem to work with the tooth pick - thanks

ok - tried it with a small screw driver - now the protanks work - but the aero still not

Can you raise the VTR pin any further or can the pin of the aero be lowered at all (I am not familiar with any Kanger products)?

will try to raise it a bit more - I don't think I can lower the pin of the aero - thanks @yinyang - at the moment my kanger aero is working great on my beloved nemsis

You need to tease it gently all around the edges and it's sure to pop out

That is one of the many great things about the Nemmy  ... the adjustable 510 connection

yeah - I absolutely love it - always have it in the shortest version - looks cute too - @yinyang - now I am just waiting for the penguin drip tip - then I will show it off

Have had that problem once when using sweet 'coil gunking' juices as they are a lot stickier and with the VTR it is not as easy to clean the 510 threads.

Now I tend to clean the threads every couple of days with a cotton bud till it comes out clean then give it a final run round with another one dipped in neat VG ... seems to lubricate the pin nicely and stop it sticking without risking any nasty tastes you would get from using WD40 etc

Screw the Aerotank head in as much as you can, it can push out the centre pin by about 0.5mm.
