I read the Sun yesterday and apparently the explosion happened while she was trying to light the battery of the e-cig. The flame of the lighter/match set her oxygen supply off.

Honestly If she wasn't a grandmother she'd not be far off getting a Darwin award.

Yeah I think so, the Darwin awards are for people who have contributed to humanity by removing themselves from the gene pool. Being a grandmother means the damage has already been done!
