what do you carry your mod in when out and about

Female ---handbag ideal for knock potential mugger out if you carry vtr,as same as carrying a brick in there---but how do you find your mod in that mess in there

Neither am I haha. I'd guess you have to take it out of any wooly cozy before you use it anyway, so it would be used a few times for novelty value and then I'd get bored of having to take it out of the cozy every time I wanted to use it.

I keep 4 Evods (Tobacco, Tobacco, Mint, Red Cola) in my coat pocket with 6 other Evods & assorted flavours (Aniseed, Cinnamon already loaded) in a stupid chocolate box that they fit in perfectly (with a bubblewrap lining).

I feel that if it is a design that looks unacceptability bad when scratched it's not suitable for me in the first place. Bare metal especially brushed finished age well, their is no plating or colour to ware off, think of things like Zippo lighters that ware their scars and dents well despite living in a pocket with keys and coins.

I have these thing to serve me, they will suffer abuse and don't want to have to molly coddle them or carry something that's only function is to protect them if possible, I do clean and maintain them. I also avoid smooth tube mods with little to grip like Caravela and Nemesis as they slip out of the hand too easily.

Mostly use 18500 or 18650 Pisces clone + Russian clone out and about and just in a pocket, its smallish and not leaky. To be extra stealthy a 18350 Astro clone with Kayfun nono clone. Id I take my DNA out its on a lanyard as it normally has a Kraken with dual ss wicks that doesn't like getting horizontal, if I put a non-leaky topper would just pocket it.

This (most expensive) is the better of the two

And this is almost as good

In 18350 mode with a Kayfun, Squape or Expromizer only the Drip Tip protrudes.
Oh - I have to fold back the closing top...

Agreed. I do like choice... And there I see an opportunity to carry batteries and a couple of extra atties with different flavours.
