sorry for late reply been reading the sites trying to educate myself....im even more confused now:S every time i went to post a reply somebody else posted more info for me lol.wow i never had so many responses on a forum before, sorry if i miss anyone. lisa wow thats a wonderful offer thank you, is that to be used with the 510? i notice your in west london, i could collect if thats easier? @scylla yes was verona from mse(she has own thread about e-cigarettes). yeh safercigs looks best deal(was gonna go for vapeescape one for 12.99 but) since they have 25% discount this weekend and and it has 2 batteries and a Bud Atomizer( is this better?) included. my problem with ordering online was paypal takes 5-7 days to move money from bank + transaction time(another 5-7 i think) and i dont think my cheapo ecig will do me that long but safercigs seem to do bank transfer which would be faster for me. want to get sorted asap so not buy analogues. as ive said money is an issue (i have a little set aside for ecig) so i cant go all out this week but will be able to buy extras/asscessories next week or later on (once ive started saving from anaolgues) so am happy with a basic setup to get me going. i was looking to get a pcc case down the road and maybe even a riva1100 but for now i want something cigarette looking( i know thats a little childish). plus i like the blue led. i have so many questions now, is it better to start a new thread? or can i use this one? can i charge ecig from my laptop(theres now red and green lights)? does over charging mess up my ecig? dont the batteries and atomizers only last cpl months anyway? whats the difference between manuel & automatic batteries? what type of ejuice should i get? i smoked pall mall lights before(like cheap knockoff off marlboro lights). how 2 mix ejuice? can i just buy 36mg juice and mix with Glycerine from boots? should i run battery dry b4 recharging? is 510 much of an improvement than health e cig(which im fairly happy using right now)? what is the 510 t...is it same as 510? thank you everyone for your help and incite its very much appreciated.

can i charge ecig from my laptop(theres now red and green lights)? yes they come with a usb charger so any usb connection should work
does over charging mess up my ecig? they shouldnt over charge anyways but its advised not to leave unattended while charging
dont the batteries and atomizers only last cpl months anyway? batteries should last 200-300 charges... attys are abit less predictable... they could last for months or a few weeks
whats the difference between manuel & automatic batteries? manual batteries have a button you press while inhaling while autos activate the atty automatically while you inhale. however i have heard tail of the autos activating when they arnt supposed to but loud noises or viberations. this could burn out your atty acidentally
what type of ejuice should i get? i smoked pall mall lights before(like cheap knockoff off marlboro lights). most ppl start off with a tobbaco flavour i would suggest a nicotine level of around 10mg
how 2 mix ejuice? can i just buy 36mg juice and mix with Glycerine from boots? yes this will dilute the nic level and save you money but will also dilute the flavour too. you could always buy a bottle of flavour and add a few drops they are fairly cheap
should i run battery dry b4 recharging? its always best too IMO
is 510 much of an improvement than health e cig(which im fairly happy using right now)? i dont have first hand experience but from what i have heard its a yes
what is the 510 t...is it same as 510? the 'T' denotes that it uses a tank juice system as opposed to a cart... the 'T' is a little easier to refill but may mute the flavour a little over the cart... they both fit the same 510 connection so you could always buy either at a later date to try.
not wanting to muddy the waters any more for you but you may have heard of cartomisers, these are the tank/cart and atty in one unit... they are really cheap £1 each and last a 2-5 weeks.... again they simply screw onto the battery in place of the atty/cart/tank

Hi King and welcoem to vapeing I'm gonna have a go at yoru questions ... brace yourself lol 1. yes and red means power/chargeing and green means charged 2. It's liek any rechargeable battery, once its charged it can't fit anymore in so you can't really over charge. just for safety reasons don't leave it unattended for long periods and that kind of thing. 3. yes and I wish lol all batterys have a shelf life most say around 300 recharges, untill it starts to not hold much of a charge, but liek anything it can break earlier or last longer. Atomisers, some people get months out of them and others a few days, it can be very hit and miss and a few vendors will only give you a workign when delivered guarantee. 4. manual have a button to activeate and a sealed battery contact area, automatic have no button and a hole inthe battery area (so it can feel pressure change when you take a drag) some people prefer a manual because if the juice leaks it wont damage the battery. 5. Pick and mix options are available from a lot of vendors, I was lucky and found a good juice for me straight away. Also a lot of vendors stock variations of malbrough have a look through their selections and you may recognise some names One thing to note is the juice will never taste exactly like the ciggy tasted mainly because its very hard to recreate the burning taste created by lighting the tobacco. They mostly seem to taste like when you take the silver foil off the sealed packet of ciggys. the smell of the tobacco thast released, is how most of the juices will taste. (thast my opinion anyway) 6. Haven't a clue but there is a very good section on mixing here, read the post's made by Grizwald. 7. Again some people say no some people say it doesn't matter. I just treat mine as any other battery, if it feels weak I charge it and soemtimes it does run out. 8. I've never tried a health e-cig, but the 510 will provide you with a better variety of accessories to try out, cartomisers for example (atomiser and cartridge in one) 9. the 510 refers to the connection between the atomiser and battery. The T is for tank. which means it will hold more juice. I hope that helped some and yes you will go nuts reading all teh info out there and confuse yourself silly, I did And I'm also sure that someone with way more knowledge and experiance than me will be along shortly to help too Infact I typed that slow they even beat me to the post lol *waves* Hi Gordy

1-can i charge ecig from my laptop(theres now red and green lights)? 2-does over charging mess up my ecig? 3-dont the batteries and atomizers only last cpl months anyway? 4-whats the difference between manuel & automatic batteries? 5-what type of ejuice should i get? i smoked pall mall lights before(like cheap knockoff off marlboro lights). 6-how 2 mix ejuice? can i just buy 36mg juice and mix with Glycerine from boots? 7-should i run battery dry b4 recharging? 8-is 510 much of an improvement than health e cig(which im fairly happy using right now)? what is the 510 t...is it same as 510? . Glad you made it back to your thread, I was beginning to worry we'd frightened you off Some answers (others will chip in, I've numbered your questions for ease of reference): 1 - Yes, you can charge low-strength batteries via laptop USB. But check before you do so with stronger batteries. You can buy a cheap mains chargers with USB sockets in them. Let's wait and see what you end up with. The Safercigs kit comes with USB and mains charger so you wouldn't have to worry. 2 - I've never bothered about leaving e-cigs charging too long, when I used to have look-alike ones - or anything else for that matter. 3 - Yes, batteries and atties don't last all that long. Hopefully you will end up with gear that is not expensive to buy spares for. I wouldn't worry too much with your first kit, which will serve to start you on the learning curve with handling e-cig gear and juice etc. 4 - Auto batteries, you just puff on them to activate the heating and draw. Manual, you have to press a button about a second before you puff. Most decent models are manual nowadays. It takes only a few puffs to get used to it, totally automatic in the end 5 - Ahhh, what flavour, ugh! It will be trial and error and you won't replicate your baccy very closely at all, but if you are anything like 99.9% of us it won't matter, you quickly acclimatise. I have NO tastebuds so I'll leave it to others to advise on that. 6 - I (and others) mix very inaccurately, I have dropper bottles of Propylene Glycol (PG) and VG and drip into a juice in stages and see how it goes. 36mg is very high nic compared to what you were smoking. Bear in mind, when you dilute the nicotine strength you also dilute the flavour. We have a Mixology section, requires too much organisation for me, but am sure you will get help there. 7 - We are assured that lithium batteries have no memory, so it doesn't matter if you charge them before they run out. 8 - In fact, 510 refers merely to the screw fitting, but when it was first introduced the ciggy-like model was simply known as a 510, it's also a Titan and other names I can't remember. As for how much better than Health Ecig - never had one so I don't know. Also have not sampled the model T but someone will have. Lisa's suggestion of the Liberty Flights box mod will probably be the cheapest to run/replenish and be a very good performer compared to any ciggy-like ones, and it takes 510 atties/cartos/clearos/whatever. If you can make the leap, I'd go for it. However you may not feel comfy in public - it wouldn't bother me. Some of our members make box mods, have a look in the Modders section I'll leave it for now, hope I've managed to explain a few things OK, and that others will chip in and correct and add info. See ya tomorra! EDIT - SEE? THEY EVEN BEAT ME TO IT. Well, I'm old and slow scylla

see why i smoke so much? all these late nights lol.
do manuels last longer in regard to battery life? would it be better to get a 510 with340mah battery?at the moment i have cherry cartridges(dont like normally like cherry flavour)but like these, flavour doesnt bother me too much ecigs kinda remind of seesha and thats how i hold mine. in regard to ejuice i meant vg or pg? is a tank better for vapouring?
thought laptop charging cig might damage battery because of too much voltage or something.
i think i need totake the plunch and will learn/understand alot more.

do manuels last longer in regard to battery life? dont think it makes a difference
would it be better to get a 510 with340mah battery? more mAh give longer vape between charges but usually mean bigger/longer battery size
at the moment i have cherry cartridges(dont like normally like cherry flavour)but like these, flavour doesnt bother me too much ecigs kinda remind of seesha and thats how i hold mine. in regard to ejuice i meant vg or pg? PG - more flavour and throat hit (some are intolerant of it and cause issues) quite drying on the mouth and throat so you'll need to drink more VG - produces more vapour and is a thicker liquid and so can have problems wicking to the atty alot of people like a mix of the two
is a tank better for vapouring? they are simple to use and produce alot of vapour but do mute the flavour... i got the eGo-T as a starter kit but didnt like the lack of flavour so now use mainly cartomisers
thought laptop charging cig might damage battery because of too much voltage or something. the charger reduces down the 5v 500mA to a 4.2v 420mA
