For my money, get two Spinner 2s and Mini Protanks for the tops. That way you still have 2 batteries, really important, and the MPTs have glass tanks so you don't have to worry about putting 'tank cracker' juices in them. If you are so inclined in a month or two, the heads can be easily recoiled by yourself too. The higher Mah rating of the new Spinner means that it should easily last you a day of vigorous vaping

Some great advice already....I echo having 2 of everything to start with....when one is charging etc etc...you need to decide what flavors you enjoy...it really is a matter of taste....do you like menthol, mint, fruits or drinks etc....go for something that you think you will enjoy...it really is they key, finding that right juice...I find I will vape a flavor I enjoy at a lower nic level .....but we are all different. Good luck and enjoy

For my money, get two Spinner 2s and Mini Protanks for the tops. Mine too . . . those will give you options and some reliable equipment whilst you're getting to grips with vaping and finding what flavours suit your tastes wildthing. There'll be plenty of opportunities to be more adventurous in the future. For work despite the devices I've got, I still just take a couple of Spinners/Iclear16's and some juice with me because they work and aren't especially bulky.

Ok, so I ended up ordering two Vision spinner 2 batteries with Kanger Pro Tank 3's clearomizers, and some spare heads for those from Myepack. At the time I didn't realize that the Vision spinners do not come with a charger so didn't order one, and now it wants to charge me for delivery if I order one separately d'oh....
I also ordered a few samples of ejuice from Joosejuice, so that should get me started.
Thanks all for your help and advice.
Regards

Might be worth giving them a quick ring and asking them to pop it all together if they haven't yet dispatched it?

Wondering if your spinners and heads arrived today, and if so how do they vape? Looking at getting an MVP soon but was considering the spinner 2 as a backup. Good luck on your vaping journey!

I started on a really cheap device (small battery and ce4 tank) and it was OK, it gave me an idea of if I was gonna stick with this before wasting money. 6wks later (2days ago) I got an itaste MVP 2 and today I got an iclear 30s tank and I highly recommend both. Depending on how tight money is for you (it's tight for me lol) I'd maybe start on one of the cheap starter kits but if you're sure you wanna go for it and you don't mind the box shape I totally recommend the MVP. It's a really solid device, has a higher capacity battery than my smartphone and has plenty of power so it's quite a future-proof device, you can use it for basically every type of vaping unless you get into the crazily low resistance stuff. Good luck with quitting the roll ups and my personal tip is to not pressure yourself, if you feel you need a smoke, have one but persevere with the vaping, find a liquid you like and before you know it your brain will start to associate the nicotine hit with vaping instead of the tobacco -Powered by Android- EDIT just noticed I hadn't read to the end lol sowwy

Hi, yes the equipment arrived today as well as the ejuices; quick delivery all round.... Got it all setup, and man the vape is STRONG, it makes me cough and i hardy take a drag. It tastes quite chemically compared to roll ups with filters. I ordered Menthol, Apple, Cherry cola, and orange cream. So far only tried the Cherry cola and im not really enjoying the experience so far, way too much throat hit. I ordered the juices in 100% PG and im starting to think i should of ordered 50/50 or 60/40 after reading up about PG/VG mixes and what most other folks use. I should of researched a little more before ordering. The Spinner though, feels like a quality bit of kit, its quite weighty in the hand which gives the impression of quality. It came practically fully charged and i ordered it in black which has a carbon fiber effect to it which makes it look trick. The mini Protank 3 also looks like a decent bit of kit and well made, hopefully it wont leak or anything. So far, im quite impressed with the equipment, but not satisfied with the results as it just makes me cough its that harsh, so not enjoyable.

PG does that, more throat hit, 70/30 is the norm but some juices are better in 50/50 (bakery, creamy ones).

wildthingAll Juice joose will need to Steep for a period of time. They are made at the time of order and all juices need time to mature. If PG is too high, order some 0 nic flavours from the same sight and get some VG from Boots Chemist about £1.20 per 200 ml (it's in the cough medicine section) Dilute your juice 50/50 and add flavour to taste. When you have your juices ready in a week or so, start at a low power and increase slowly step by step until it tastes burnt, then back off a step.

wildthing - bear with it. It definitely takes your throat a while to adjust to vapour instead of smoke. 100% PG won't be helping any though. Some people say it makes little difference, but when I started vaping I used 70/30 PG/VG juices and found it too much. Started using 60/40 next and what a difference it made. By then my throat had adjusted and I could use the 70/30 juices no problem. Definitely notice more of that throat hit with them though. I noticed too that when I first started, vaping first thing in the morning was hard. It got better day by day and now it's no problem. Stay well hydrated and for every hit that is rough, just think of the cigarette you aren't having instead Also the coils in your clearos may take a little while to break in. The chemical taste could be the primer fluid on them from when they have left the factory. I always give mine a rinse in warm water before using them hope this helps somewhat, just persevere and when you find what works it will be easier also look around the forums for threads to do with the technique - the draw is very different to smoking. I found this a hard thing to get used to but when I finally found the draw that worked for me, it was far far easier. All the best

wildthingIf throat hit is too strong it's easy fixed...(well it'll need some playing - welcome to the world of vaping) - get some boots glycerol (I think it called - could be glycerine) in the cough medicines aisle in boots (the value stuff) and add a bit (someone will come along with the calculations) to your juice. Should help. Also vaping is a different action to smoking so make sure you are doing it right (more like a long slow puff/inhale than a little intake and then shove it down to your lungs with smoking). Check out Scott's reviews as he has been vaping a long time - not to buy new kit but for how he vapes - his youtube channel is www.youtube.com/user/igetcha69Hope that helps Jane

You can't just breathe vapour on in there like a ciggy. It takes getting used to. (like we/us/some did with cigs...) For the first *while*, breathe into your mouth, then inhale.
