Thanks for this lemental. Had a listen this morning, whilst pretending to work (well I'm being made redundant at the end of June after 15 years, may as well take advantage ) I remember hearing Ian Dale talking about how silly e-cigs look a few months ago, so nice to hear him be open to the idea that they are a good thing.

I'm a programme manager Jane.  Apparently the job market for my type of role is quite buoyant down here, so am sincerely hoping that I'll be ok.     I get 3 months notice paid and my redundancy at the end of June, so hopefully, I will be able to find a job that will be happy for me to start at the beginning of September, so I can take the summer off.  I have a bit of breathing space and my current employer provides us with support from an outside agency with CV, interview techniques, networking, etc...  I start that tomorrow, so will get a better idea of what I'm up against over the next few weeks I guess
