Favicon - can anyone help create one?

Tried to create one myself but cos it has to be so tiny & I don't have anything like photoshop, it just wasn't good enough

It would be great to have an AAEC favicon though - thinking along the lines of a purply/pink background with the dark teal AAEC lettering I can fairly easily code one in - but any help creating one would be so gratefully received

That's almost the same as what I tried to create Steve - but so much clearer

I created it at 32x32 size normal image and then uploaded it to the following website:-

www.freefavicon.com

They create the favicon.ico file for you. They also make an animated version. The only problem is that the download they create is a zip file, so you will need to get a zip program. A good free one is www.7-zip.org/.

Or you can just right click on the preview image they give you and save that.

Here is another one. I tried using the same style as the logo, but it distorts a lot when shrunk down.

proboard support recommend using Ripway to host the ico file, but from the ripway link I was just getting site under construction. Found another free host for it this morning though - The favicon lab

With it having to be really tiny, the image had to have very contrasting colours for the text to show up - hence it being very pink

Have a look on your address bar mate- it's pink ffs
