I may be totally missing the point of all this sensationalism, but if they want to ban ecigarettes being used in public to avoid the promotion of smoking, why not ban REAL smoking in public as well?

I must be missing the point, other than the fact that they're annoyed they are making ZERO profit from the huge market now under their noses.

Should any of this become reality, there's a wealth of work for lawyers here. As an ex smoker, could I sue if forced to stand with smokers and run the risks of passive smoking? I think I could.

I suppose it could be argued that no-one is forcing you to stand outside with smokers, they're just saying you cannot vape inside, it would be your choice to go and have a vape outside with the smokers, if you get my drift.

Understand totally where you're coming from though and I feel it is wrong  but technically they also have their argument as stated above. It would be a case of 'put up or shut up'

It's too close to the election (the real one, not the EU one) for politicos to be pissing off hundreds of thousands, or millions of people by legislating to ban vaping. They're waiting. We've got 2 years to make sure MPs being elected are on our side not Pharma/BT.

I have a smaller mod for stealthing which would technically fit in a child's hand better than a full size....BAN IT.
I have a mod on a lanyard, kids love lanyards for playing make believe.....BAN IT.
I like to vape in the park, kids love parks....BAN IT.
My batteries are red, most kids like red.....BAN IT.

I think you get my point.
