@ Jerri "Don't PP only give 30 days to file a claim now? " I'm sure I read that somewhere but haven't they recently changed the time period or such?
It's 30 days after dispatch if I've remembered correctly, although I've just had a look on PP's website and it still says 45 days after purchase. Then 20 days after filing the dispute, to escalate it to a claim. The best way to be certain is to give them a ring for clarification @zero. |
