Myepack - contact finally made

I ordered from myepack (and another online vendor) yesterday (Friday) afternoon, expecting delivery Monday, or Tuesday. I had a lie in this morning (Saturday) got up about 9.30 to find my Son had signed for 2 packages!!!!! myepack was one, the other my other online Vape mail, 48 Hours BEFORE I expected either. Now THATS service!!!

i works at a large online clothing place and yes when the orders get up to 70,000 orders slip throw the net ,but some of the things my comp do to hide the problems is just wrong ie removing reviews online ect
when i worked at vision tech the saying amongst the engineers was your only as good as your last job
i have to admit it is ruddy annoying if you buy something and it dont turn up and completely unacceptable if you are then what seems like ignored because it feels like you have been ripped off

ive had to turn up at shops before now to get my stuff and you should see there face when they see me and i lives 300 miles away

that said shyt happens and yep you can fall throw the net and its not always the vendors fault

myepack are my go to vendor in uk , always had excellent service and communication , when my nitecore charger suddenly stopped working I emailed at 9pm and got a response in minutes , can't fault them

I always go to Myepack first and I can guarantee they will be the one vendor I buy from as their stuff is genuine ex quality and the cheapest.
Their delivery is second to none, order in the mornings arrives next day. I think Ash does the night shift to get everything out so quickly.

And, as a bonus, spend £40 and get first class free delivery so of course I can always find something to bring my order to that amount.
Nobody in their right mind would advocate removing his status on this board, unless of course you are a newbie with no long term experience of Vendors.
