I've never had an issue with orders from myepack. I think it a little unreasonable to send emails and then wait a week before slating them, have you never overlooked an email, I know I have ! If it's that important pick up the phone and try to speak to them to get your issue resolved rather than rely on hearsay of others. Yes myepack should pick up there emails and respond promptly but surely you can spare a couple of minutes to try and call them. I could agree with you if I was the only member on here not getting a response. I didn't phone because others had reported no luck with that. Now I'm hearing that it's possible to get through I'll give it a go. So you thought rather than trying to ring them you suggest there vendor status be revoked instead, I'm sure that will help get your order corrected. I have no concerns about a vendor being slated if the aggrieved party has made a reasonable effort to resolve but you've done virtually nothing so far. Maybe the vendor doesn't even know this issue exists .

One bad apple.... etc as far as I'm concerned myepack are THE BEST vendor, I have nothing but praise for Ash, I cant believe you haven't phoned him because someone else couldnt get through!!! Emails are a bone of contention nowadays, I run a small business and have to troll through so much spam that every now & then I miss one, a spam filter didn't help because it automatically spammed anyone with a suspect email address, if yours includes smifeee I would expect that to be junked

I have to agree, I have placed umpteen orders with myepack and have never had anything but good service. I do think it's a little harsh to ask for his vendor status to be revoked because he hasn't replied to your one email. If you had sent a number of emails and phoned and left messages, that would be different, but we're all human, give Ash a chance to respond. It's not just me and it's not just one email. He's not responded to at least 2 other members for the last 10 days. My impression is that he's going into the office and sending out orders but for whatever reason isn't dealing with anything else. If he's got a personal crisis or is overwhelmed with orders a short message on his website would reassure me and I could sit back and wait for him to contact me.

Most of the replies are ignoring the fact that several members are in this situation. It's not just a one off.

From what I recall reading the original thread where you discussed this, it had happened to several members in the past, not necessarily right now? Can't find the thread to confirm, but please give him a call, even if there are 2 or 3 of you, that is 2 or 3 out of hundreds who are more than happy to recommend and use again.

I also have only good things to say about Ash myepack. He replaced a faulty MVP no problem, I did have to phone him a few times to get an answer. Have ordered many times from him. Let us know if you get in touch.

Most of the replies are ignoring the fact that several members are in this situation. It's not just a one off. Have you phoned them yet ? Sorry for the delay. I'm decorating and only come back to the computer when I get down from the ladder. Yes I have and got through first go. I've told him about the problems several of us have had in getting a response, by phone and email, for the last 10 days. He apologises and blames staff problems. I've told him that I started this thread, and posted in others, bemoaning the poor customer service. Now to find the other threads to identify my fellow sufferers and let them know my result. To those of you who say I should have phoned earlier here's my defence. It's a defence because with hindsight I wish I had. When I hadn't had a response to my emails, note plural, I found other posts in which members hadn't been able to get a response by phone. Now one of the functions of the forum is the sharing of information. We each form an opinion on the reliability of other members and take the information they give accordingly. I respected the status of those who had tried phoning and so I didn't 'waste my time' trying. I have made several posts in threads, where Myepack was being recommended, reporting problems in getting a response and did not get any feedback from anyone who had been able to get through by phone. It was only when I started this thread that I heard that people were getting through or getting an answerphone. There rests the case for the defence. Back up the ladder.

In my view you're opening post is flawed because you suggest revoking a respected vendors status based on hearsay and not taking the time to put a little effort in yourself, when you're down the ladder of course Did you receive a suitable proposed solution from the vendor ? Given you're hindsight and subject to clarification of the vendors response where do you now stand on the revoking status suggestion ? Finally, how is the decorating shaping up

Given you're hindsight and subject to clarification of the vendors response where do you now stand on the revoking status suggestion ? Finally, how is the decorating shaping up I don't consider it be a case of hearsay as I was experiencing this and then found others having the same problem. Not a case of just going by what others said. A little effort was put in with my numerous posts on the subject. I think I may have worn the fingerprint away on my typing finger. No one responded to say they had managed to make contact by phone but someone said they hadn't been able to do so. The response was what I expected and should have received days ago. Send the items back, we'll refund the postage and send the correct items. Now I'll go to hearsay:- I've heard that Myepack don't refund the postage but put an extra item in the parcel as compensation. I wasn't asked if I would agree to that and will have to wait to see if that's what they do. I don't think their vendor status should be withdrawn but don't regret this thread as I have a positive result. Will I order from them again? Maybe. Myepack was always the site I would go to first but I do have concerns. I have only been vaping for 10 weeks so will have been on this site less than that. In that time there have been 2 reports before this week, that I have read, of Myepack 'going missing'. I think they get overwhelmed and just concentrate on getting the orders out and then deal with a backlog of contacts when they are back to normal. I've seen other vendors put a message on their sites when this occurs and wish Myepack would do the same. I hate decorating. I'd rather go to the dentist.

Hi myepack, I've visited your store in person, bought from you online, AND managed to speak to the legend Ash (I honestly don't know how he manages to speak to so many folks!!) myepack are BUSY, you are (probably) the busiest Online Vendor, and seem to have a decent Customer Service. There WILL be mistakes, but I, personally, have had very good Service from Ash and the myepack Team. I don't get any Freebies from them, but I do buy from them fairly often. Check out their prices!!!
