I have a cunning plan, and sorry if i am encroaching or if this has already been proposed
Would it be a good plan for say, all the cornish vapers for example to get together through e-mail or in person or however is convenient and make a point of contacting there MEP. If we were to create a petition for each county or district then one delegated vaper could present it to the local MEP , prerhaps even request a meeting , maybe this would help. I am sure we must know of people that vape locally but are not on the forum , or just friends and family that are interested and willing to sign . Also maybe personal stories and if anyone has seen a doctor who has approved of their switching , even better if medical reports showing improvement in say blood pressure and lung function , that doctor would be willing to provide. If we were to collect a petition and testimaonials and present them each to our MEPS maybe this would help. We could also approach opposition candidates and present the case to them and they may view it as a way to win votes. I don't just mean cornwall but every district or county could do this , as well as the efvi of course . I mean it couldn't hurt , could it?

bump ... NO ONE ELSE THINKS THIS IS GOOD IDEA? I would say that by now most people have already contacted their MP and mep mate. Its been an ongoing thing for quite a few months now.

bump ... NO ONE ELSE THINKS THIS IS GOOD IDEA? It's been done already but please continue to contact MEPs & MP's. It cannot hurt. In fact everyone contacting their MEPs last year had a tremendous effect in the EU Parliament. Unfortunately the EU Commission ignored them.

i thought it was the pressure from e-cig users and vendors on MP's that forced the them to revise the initial legislation, banning refilliable's
