Smelly nicotine - joose juice

Hey,

I'm just hoping for some info/advice on some nicotine I bought recently from joose juice.

I bought 54mg PG Nic base,  which when I opened it it did smell quite smelly but after searching this forum and google in general it seems the smell is pretty normal.

I used it to mix some juices last week and left them steeping and decided to give them a cheeky try today,  they don't taste very nice and although I can smell the flavourings I added,  I can't actually taste them,  in fact all I can taste is the nicotine smell...if that makes sense lol.

Any idea why it would still smell quite bad and taste bad?

I previously bought my PG Nic base from LTECigs 24mg and when I used that to mix with it smelt and tasted fine,  the nic base itself didn't smell at all like the joose juice one does and I use to mix it at roughly:

30% nic
20% flavour
25% pg
25% vg

That worked out fine for me.  This time I decided to save some money and buy stronger nic base so I could make more and spend less,  this one is 54mg which is just over double what I was using before so I altered the mix like so (roughly):

15% nic
30% flavour
25% pg
30% vg


It don't understand why it smells and taste so..wrong lol

All nicotine base has a distinct aroma, obviously the higher the strength the more noticeable that will be . . . contact Jim joosejuice, he's the best person to advise.

I just bought nic off jim and there's no smell or very very little

mine of jj does not smell either - it's the pg one
