this thread makes me feel less guilty about the money I have spent in the last few days - because if others do it as well - hmmmmmm does really sound like a valid excuse - but then I just needed it

I think you should hit the pause button.
The MVP v2( which I've owned) is a great peice of kit. Get used to it and if you are wanting to spend money buy yourself a rebuildable tank or dripper , these will give you that step up in vape.
Buying another device, which when you think about it is just a power delivery system for your coils could be a waste of money IMO.

so you are not getting the violin mod then @purple1234 - but I do agree with the experimenting with different atties - it is the the atties that make the real difference

But I don't think owning a few VV/VW mods is a bad thing, backups and backups for backups and all that.

aaaaAAAAARRGGGHHHHHH the Zmax comes in different colours too? ???? Thanks @purple1234 but I think I just HAVE to get something to dribble over in it's box while I wreck my Evods, and yes BrenD I totally agree with you. Okay, now I'm going to show my noobieness - what's an attie? I think it's something to do with the glass tank or the coil or something, but I'm not sure & don't want to look TOO stoopid. Oh dear, too late

I understand under atty - everything you put on a battery - atty = short for atomizer - hope I am right with that

Oh dear, too late only the minis CaptainChaos. I much prefer the SS telescopic V3 or V5. They are heavier, but feel much sturdier and of better quality.

Ok - According to the all knowing Google, the Atomizer is the heating bit.
Does that mean it's important to get a good coil / atomizer or does that include the tank as well & it's a good idea to get both or separately ....
I prefer bottom coils at the moment for some reason don't know why. some of the wicks I've seen look like bloody Triffids!!

That's the problem, BrenD - I've got a lot of Evods & don't want to start on something else that will make me think "why did I buy all those?" just yet, so I am stockpiling gooduns to move up to when I get fed up with the Evods - the Evods are there to cut my smoking down/out & they are working really well - I would rather use them to death & then move up to the next level if that makes any sense at all. If I start using something that gives a better flavour on all of the 3000 flavours I've got, then the Evods will be worthless and I will cry a lot (that is my sad face by the way). Crikey - this is turning into quite a psychological evaluation of myself isn't it? I'm doomed lol

I prefer bottom coils at the moment for some reason don't know why. some of the wicks I've seen look like bloody Triffids!! OK, generally when peeps talk about atties, they are talking about the entire tank, including coil. So you basically have those with replaceable coil heads (clearomisers, glassomisers) and rebuildables (RBAs). So with clearos, you have top coil and bottom coil (BCC) and single coil and double coil. My preference is bottom dual coil (BDC). You then have atties with Aiflow Control (AFC). IMHO, a bottom dual coil glassomiser with airflow control is about the best vape you can get without venturing down the RBA route, and even then, they come very close. So if you are looking for a hassle free, quality attie, have a look at either the Aspire Nautilus or the Kanger Aerotanks (mini, standard or mega) The Aspire Nautilus looks the dogs on a Zmax
