I used to use the killer which is petty hard to set compared to the diver but once set works ok, i sold the killer i now use the scuba tank and v1 diver daily, it`s simple to set up and excellent vape imo, they both look well cool on my nemesis. Not tied the sophia i don`t feel the need i found my weapon of choice in the scuba/diver.

Greyhaze, Stealthvape are just two of the places where I have brought NRN wire from in the past and they come in a bag of 50 pre-made wires.

The other point with the Sophia is the thickness of the nrn N legs, make sure there 0.2mm as any bigger and there likely to be too tight to push the ceramic home and you can crack the ceramic.I have two Sophia's and gave up on them after a lot of effort. I think it's probably about time to give them another go, they do go well the S&P tanks and look fantastic. I have been using the ready-made NRNs from Grey Haze (1.8ohm) for the past 6 months and they fit fine Greg ... I haven't managed to break a ceramic so far (touch wood) I got those from grey haze too and they were way to tight on both of mine. Spent some time over on ECF where they have quite a following and I also spoke directly with Leo (Bill) who advised only to use 0.2mm n wire. Switched to that and it fitted like a tight glove, pleased they work for you though. I also found it was so easy to over tighten the Sophia on a mod causing a short internally, after my early note on here I tried one again and very quickly it went Pete tong again Ive since moved onto kayfuns which are a doddle to set up in comparison, maybe one day I'll crack Sophia

Regarding the shorting problem, check that the 510 pin hasn't been bent.
