i must be sad then : I place all my cons in seed trays in a draw 2 x 40 slots split into capella , fa etc and in alphabetical order roughtly each slot is numbered in the spreadsheet and its easy to work out the slot number on the trays I use an excel speadsheet and then print this and leave in the draw. I also leave the odd space here and there to fit new concentrates. i found it very easy compared with sorting though all the cons trying to find the one i want (you always miss them) yes i know very sad

I have a load of these Have my concentrates organised into groups... custard ingredients, tobaccos, berries, tropical fruit, citrus fruits, spices, additives, one shots, etc... label on the front of each one and Bob's your uncle - they also stack quite easily. All 15ml and bigger bottles are in a plastic basket, there aren't too many of them I also have a spreadsheet with them all listed, recommended % (where I could find it) and my notes on all of the flavours mixed at 15% and my preferred % for standalone flavours. For recipes, I use e-juice me up - I print out the recipe to make it (don't want to risk my laptop on the table with bottles and cups of water all over the place. If I tweak a recipe, I just change it in e-juice me up and call it v2/v3 etc.

That looks good lairey, I could probably find a smaller version as well to hold my tanks when they are full

I have 3 of these... one on my desk at work, one on my bedside table and one on the end table in the lounge. Mods and tanks all sit great in these. And the lounge one also doubles up as a stand for 10ml bottles when I'm mixing

So I have a batch of concentrates all stored in my box with my vg and nic base but as my concentrates is now growing, how do you keep organised? Do you have a spreadsheet with the concentrates you have? and what about trial mixes, where do you log them? I mean if you are making up a new flavour with several flavours involved, how do you store the variations of the various mixes so that you can refer back and make changes to the recipie? if you are making your own mix, do you make it without nicotine first? TIA x 1. No . . . I've given up organizing concentrates, I used to have them divided up into flavour groups. That got boring, so everything gets chucked in together now. 2. Trial mixes get stored in a cupboard and I do keep a record of any tweaks made in a little note book. Quite proud of that as it's progress from nothing/scrappy bits of kitchen towel with ratios jotted down on them. 3. No . . . don't bother with zero nic trials, one way or the other I'll make something vapeable. Plus the addition of nicotine does affect steeping times. I'm not the most organized mixer, but that's part of the fun for me.

It's weird, as I am actually a really organised person with most things Di and like order/routine in my life . . . I guess my somewhat chaotic mixing ways are my escape from all that. Or my inner slut coming out.

Some great ideas here. I love organisation but never quite seem to achieve it.
I keep all my concentrates in a spreadsheet. I find it helps me remember what I have and what I need to order.
Recipes I keep in the ejuice software and I have a card box file for recipes and notes. It is easy to add to and replace the cards, is portable and does not take up too much space.

Put all bottles in alphabetical order, you get so used to where they are you can normally pick the right one out of the lot....if not you might be out by one (left or right to it)
Your recipe calculator will be open so you know what to look for.

Those coloured spots might work for me, I've got my concentrates stored in two fridge door boxes, I cant really see all the flavours but luckily they lift off and I plonk the two trays on my dining table. Basically my system is done by brands....capella to the left, pg and vg centre, and tpa to the right. 2nd tray, nicotine centre, with t-juice left (with FW) and inawera and oddments to right..... On my pc I have a list of concentrates (by brands) and an excel document with concentrates and suggested mixes, loads of columns, one for if I have this, another for my mix, my comments, other ppls comments and percentages...if its a tank cracker and steeping days etc Simply put, if someone mentions percentages on forum, I wiz it onto my excel document for future reference I also jot down the ejuicemeup ratios into a small notebook ...i'm not always plugged into the internet!
