My lovely kayfun has been working fine all day and has now decided to dump juice out of the airhole and the fill screw for absolutely no discernable reason! Why does it hate me?

If it's dumping out of the screw hole, the screw isn't tight enough. That will break the vacuum and cause it to leak out the airhole as well.
If it's just the airhole it usually means something is not tightened up enough.

I haven't touched the screw since I filled it yesterday I'm not keen on the juice I've put in it so I might just empty it, clean it, tighten everything up etc and go from there. Sent from my Nexus 7 using proboards

Try not to fondle your atomiser when you use it. Sometimes people with overly large fingers can inadvertently cover the air hole when vaping, this will cause it to flood and dump juice. I use to flood and dump juice but the missus made me stop doing it in public.

Don't draw very hard on the Kayfun, that can start it leaking.

Only problem with kayfuns is the user, everything tight, coiled and wicked properly and hey presto, works like a dream. I can lay mine down with a full tank, take lung hits, stand it up, turn it upside down, do whatever and as long as I and I mean I have done my end of the bargain properly it just works and works with no issues.
Times I have had issues is because I've dropped it and knocked the tank off it's thread or loosened the chimney or something like that. If mine ever leaks it's always been my fault.

Sent from my Nexus 7 using proboards Leaks in a kayfun are almost always due to either loss of pressure inside, like O-rings split or missing or tank not sealing ect Or it's due to too much suction drawing juice into the chamber vs the coils ability to evaporate it
