What did you mean by 'base'?
T-Juice only sell ready to vape ejuice or concentrates - the concentrates are what you add to your own plain PG/VG/Nic base mix for flavouring.
If you meant Nicotine base then you can buy it at various vendors like here but not from T-Juice.

Q I was asking if anybody was experiencing the t-juice site being exxxxxxxtremely slow and saying I'd selected a 30ml red astaire concentrate but there was no add to basket or buy button. I just removed as I was going to mail them directly but I didn't bother anyway. I'm in a if I can't do it now I'm not doing it at all mood.
