Alas, no.

My order from last week is still showing as pending and giving me the option to pay. But as I've already paid, I really don't want to do so again!

I've got the PayPal confirmation, so there has probably been a fault at their end.

Yes I used that contact when my 90ml RA didn't show. Got a reply straight away and it was resent recorded delivery.

They seem to be having problems at the moment. I'm waiting on concentrates that have failed to appear, if they're not her by the morning I'll be emailing them. I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago and it took an email to get the juice.

Progress, Nige replied to my message on fb and it'll be looked into tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get my lovely Red soon, I'm not short on juice, but it would be nice to have something else in rotation

I gave them a ring earlier today as both my stuff and a mates was still showing as processing.
Said must of been a mistake, and would send out immediately, shows as completed now so fingers crossed should be here soon... just in time for me to realise can't vape RA anymore probably! oh well, brother is on the stuff now too.

Interesting. Something has gone really wrong at some stage, but I'm fine with Cuts Ice not having sent the juice out so far, in their situation I wouldn't have done!

Let's hope we can get something sorted soon. Something that doesn't involve me chasing paypal for a refund and missing out on the 30% off offer.

When I posted on their FB page they replied next day and my goods arrived the day after, recorded delivery, I just wish they wouldn't keep blaming RM, I know we call them snail mail etc but they dont do a bad job, if they 'lost' as many packages as t-juice claim someone, somewhere would HAVE to be on the fiddle and would soon get found out.
The truth HAS to be that they cant cope with the extra trade, if only they'd admit it.

My order is now showing as complete, I've had the confirmation email and they are throwing an extra two bottles in to say sorry!

Even if the freebies are only 10ml, it's more than they needed to do and I'll be getting 80ml of Red for significantly less than 60ml should have cost me. If the order gets doubled up, I'll have got an incredible deal that more than makes up for the delay.
