Talking of useful everyday items as tools, I find a large sewing needle and also cocktail sticks very useful.

No need to buy these, employ a solicitor at £300 an hour, they send loads of paperwork, and heres the good bit, they use these to hold the reams of paper together, so you get your tools for nothing....................am I clever or what
