I've been trying out a lot of smokerainbow samples in Evod tanks. I have quite a few tanks on the go at once and don't vape particularly heavily. I've also starting wicking with cotton wool.
I've noticed that the liquids always seem to taste a bit bland at first then after a couple of days the flavours start to come together and taste a lot better. I've read about steeping and have left my current batch 2 weeks before vaping them. I also opened them up when I first got them to let some air in as I read this would help.
Why do they end up getting better? Is it to do with the air or the heat perhaps? If so is there a better way to get great tasting vapour straight out of the bottle?

There are a few that are ready as soon as they land on your doormat.....Spider Venom ( Vapemunki ) T Juice Red Astaire and Afro Dizziac. Menthol and most mints etc. The concentrates ( flavor ) needs to blend with the VG and PG and get better with age...like a fine wine

Yeah but I've vaped stuff straight away and left some for 2 weeks yet found the same with all of them. How long do they need to steep before they are like that straight away or is it something in the tank that improves them? Has anyone else found this?

It depends whos brand you are using too....anything custardy needs to steep even longer than anything else. No matter what tank you have, juices still need to steep. Although having the better tanks does improve things once the juice is ready. Every juice needs a different steep time....again depends on the flavour and the brand.

I think most of smoke rainbow samples should be good to go as they are already steeped. It's probably the time for the cotton to bed in that makes them taste better if left in the tank. I assume that you are using new cotton for each sample. The bedding in of the wick takes around a day and if vamped before this will slightly mute the flavour one reason I have a dozen clearo's all with different flavours although I do change the cotton wool after every 2 or 3 tanks. When you start to but bigger bottles from vendors it will depend on the vendor whether they need steeping or not and should say somewhere on the site if not ask in here someone is bound to know. I mix my own so can't advise on this.
