Hi guys, I haven't been on the forum for a while as I found a setup that worked for me and didn't want to get drawn into anything else shiny. So I'm a bit out of touch with all the new stuff that's come out. I've been using a Hana Modz DNA30 clone which has served me well but the threading is shot and I figured it might be just as expensive to get it sorted as it is to get a new mod.

I'm after a box mod that ideally takes 2 x 18650s, just so I don't have to bother charging it too often. I'm not fussed about high wattage ones as I tend to stick at around 8W on a 1.8 ohm coil which works perfectly for me. Also you need to be able to charge it via USB. It also needs to be regulated. Does such a thing exist? Any suggestions?

Unfortunately I could never get on with Red Astaire, or any of the other T-Juice flavours for that matter. I realise I'm going against the flow on that one but it just wasn't for me. Spider Venom looks interesting though.

How long did it take for these to arrive? I ordered on the 9th, tracking shows it got into the UK on the 17th but then the trail goes dead. Don't know how much longer I should leave it before chasing it down.

My problem with the pre-made ones are that they only mix at 80/20 which just too harsh for me for it to be enjoyable. I did use a kayfun with cotton wick with the RA at 20% and as I said it was OK but nothing special. I pretty much just use PT2s with airflow controllers and cotton wicks now. Get a great vape and it's a very low maintenance setup, I haven't spent a penny on vape gear this month and I probably won't need to for another 6 months or so, barring anything breaking. I guess it different strokes for different folks but for me, Chefs Vapour or Bumble Bee concentrates blow T-juice out the water and I got tired of trying to get T-juice ones to work for me.

I gave up with T-juice a while ago. For me, there are far better tasting liquids out there. I had their sample pack and they all tasted a bit weak, so I bought a couple of the concentrates so I could up the %. I had RA and JTR and after much trial and error I still never really got on with them. They all have a slight musty taste to me, maybe it's the PG they use.

Yeah I see what your saying Perpetua but if you're only going to mix at one ratio 80/20 just seems like a very odd choice to me. I would imagine the majority of people vape somewhere between 50/50 and 80/20, I've not heard of many people that go higher than that. Chefs Vapour send their samples at 65/35 which to me seems like the best compromise.

Another +1 for Smokerainbow here. I order about 30 at a time, I've just placed my 3rd order with them. Out of these I've probably only found 3 or 4 that I've bought again. It saves having hoards of liquids that you're never going to vape and at around 50p a go there's no great loss if you don't like them.
