Hi i ordered some batteries and mods off Fasttech on the 5th April.
They were marked as shipped on the 11th of April. On the Tracking they were marked as 2014-04-20 09:53, Item sent to LONDON, MPC PMIH (KLIA)
So since the 20th of April not a thing.
I raised a ticket on Fasttech and get some standard response of "Sadly we have no means to know where exactly the package is except by filing complaint case toward the post office to institute investigation and waiting for their definite feedback within two months. "
What are my options now? Can i demand a refund or a reorder?

What shipping option did you choose? I think only swiss post allow batteries to be sent out and then you still run the risk of royal mail confiscating them when they land in the UK. You can ask them for a refund but it's unlikely you will get anything other than the please wait more days response. Unfortunately I think you are just out of the 40 day paypal claim timeframe as well.

I had some stuff that was sent to the UK 20th April and only arrived 2 days ago. It still says today that it's been shipped to the UK. I know it's really annoying, but there is still every chance that it will turn up within the next few days

Actually I was wrong you are still within the 40 days, get your paypal claim in now, chase fasttech through the ticket service and if they havnt resolved it in a week you can escalate the paypal claim to get a refund because you will have the ticket history to show that they are being deliberately obtuse in their 'please wait more days' or 'you must release from customs' responses you get when it is their responsibility to get the item to you and chase up any issues with the mail service they send it by

You can raise a dispute sooner than that, then you have a period (@yinyang help me out here do you know how long it is?) of time that you can then escalate it to a full claim

All these time limits are due to be increased dramatically soon (180 days to raise a dispute for example).

I've just received a credit for $21.36 for an order dispatched early January. I couldn't raise a PayPal dispute because I'd paid using a gift certificate. Keep on at them, they seem to respect persistence. They will keep stringing you along, but will eventually cough up. This was the only order I ever had go completely missing, yours could still turn up. Fingers crossed the postie knocks tomorrow.

Mine is in the same shipment, I have the exact same tracking info and order date, being sent Malaysia post because it has batteries in it. I got the standard fobbed off response by fasttech so once again I've asked for a refund or a resend of the items. If they still fob me off I'll escalate to a PayPal claim.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using proboards

Thanks, so 45 days will take me to the 20th May, so if they not here by the 19th May i will raise a paypal claim. If you raise a PayPal claim it will shift ft into second gear. Be careful not to mention ecigs, as they have the same rules as ebay and they'll reject your claim. In the small print its against the rules to buy or sell nicotine related products, so they will throw your case out.

I personally would not raise anything with paypal until the 45th day ( that is working days I believe ) as it just seems to confuse the issue. Patience is a virtue.

It's 45 days, calendar not working. You can put a claim in now without causing any confusion. It is a bit pointless contacting Fasttech, just put your comments in the dispute on Paypal.
