I don't think it has anything to do with Customs unless Swiss Post is checking it when it arrives in Switzerland, but if that is the case then they should be updating the tracking accordingly, so much for Swiss efficiency, on the tracking when it says dispatched, it means it has left the country (e.g. Singapore), when it says at Heathrow Distribution Centre, it means it has arrived with RM in their facility at Langley, that's where HMRC then looks for items that may need further examination, otherwise RM is free to deliver it, to prove a point I've just seen one of mine, dispatched from Canton Airport on 15/04 arrived Heathrow 17/04, hopefully I should get it Monday or Tuesday, at the moment it's taking about 7 days from Shipping date to go through export customs in Guangzhou because more people are starting to use China Post.
