It might (almost) look the same but i bet it is nowhere near the same in quality, just like most clones compared to genuine ones....but if it works than why not I don't know about Super-Shiny . . . Rainbow Heaven make some extremely good quality clones, the GG ones I've had have been as good - if not better than the original. At that price I'd buy one very happily to check it out and compare. didn't know it was made by Rainbow Heaven.....so it maybe good after all as i have had plenty of good stuff by them. Note to self, when clicking on a link don't just look at the pictures, read the page

I hope the guys at Provape won't mind me posting this reply they sent me.... "Blake, May 16 10:38 AM: Hi Dave, Thank you for bringing that to our attention! We actually have already had our lawyers contact them and tell them to cease and desist. We truly appreciate your help keeping the ProVari name meaning quality Take care, Blake" It'll be interesting if 'provape' can do anything about it. I doubt it myself.

It doesn't matter one iota what they clone or how closely it mimics the genuine article YOU will always know that it is a fake and any pretence otherwise is only kidding yourself. However, if you are happy with the pretence then go ahead and buy the clone ... a fake Provari will have no adverse effect on Provape's sales anyway.

I'd beg to differ, a decent clone of anything will have an adverse effect on sales of the original. That's why the original manufacturers hate clones. i have an original but if these turn out to be decent I'd probably buy, there's one Provape lost sale at least

It will of course attract those who aspire to a Provari but can't afford or justify the expenditure, but those people would not be buying a genuine Provari anyway so no loss to Provape there. In your particular case, could it be that you are not in the market for a second Provari anyway but would buy the clone out of curiosity ... if so, then again no loss to Provape.

I see sidetracking as exactly the issue. There will be many vapers who would like a Provari but can't justify the expense or need to do some saving over time. The clones trade on the reputation of the original and the success of fasttech et al and there cost gives the look and experience at reduced cost. Ok some will say it won't be as good but realistically it's just a battery passing a few volts and amps to an atty. It's really that simple and not rocket science. im not knocking the Provari in any way, I use mine all day long and it's a great looking solid piece of kit in my view but at the end of the day it's just a battery holder in reality, oh and an output stabiliser
