So I've been using my vamo for a good few days now and all I can say is, why have I resisted getting one up until now? It is awesome! In 18350 it is fab for out and about, in 18650 it is great at home. The battery life is a bit rubbish in 18350 but I just take a spare out with me. I am in love and the pink matches my nails perfectly :-D Still waiting on my Focalecig SS Vamo , great news you liking yours Can't wait to try mine though, bought a nautilus especially for the occasion and can't decide what juice to christen it with, got some Custardy Lovechild and PVC steeping for 3 weeks now, both smelling lush but am resisting the temptation so far

I have 2 Vamos, although one is U/S at the moment, and I must remember to post it to the wonderful ronaldo for his ministrations I got my first V2 about 18 months ago, and ordered a SS one six months after. They are a great work horse, although a bit long in full mode, and the threads on the 510 connection do wear a bit, so I have airflow controllers on both which adds another 5mm to each one. That aside, they have been great PVs, and I still use them for ohm checking. I fired up a Protank with a new 1.5 ohm microcoil the other day, and was pleasantly surprised just how punchy the vape was. You see, I have a Caravela now with either a Kayfun or Russian clone, and I suppose I am a bit spoilt with the size and vapour/flavour production, but the PT/Vamo combo really made me think again. ronaldo - expect a package next week, I thing my original Vamo needs your TLC and will arise like a phoenix from the ashes! Bottom line - get one; with the low prices for them ATM, you just can't go wrong, and the size soon seems to shrink as you get used to it!

Hey guys, I really do love the look of the Vamo v5 and i intend to get one, just curious though, do these different mods add anything to the vape ? ive used an itatse vv for 2 months now would a vamo give me a better vape than that or is all about the look / feel ?
Cheers

Cheers It won't affect the vape outside of having enough power to get the best out of dual coil atomisers (most Ego batteries don't). I got a V5 recently because I was fed up charging Ego VV batteries and having them pack up on me. It's solid and reliable, has a great screen with all the info you need, shows ohms resistance, voltage etc and in my case I can alternate two 18650 batteries both of which last me a day each. It's about convenience I suppose. The flavour and amount of vapour you get will still depend on whatever atomiser you're using.

I agree the convenience of not having to change the battery all day is great. It makes for a faff free vape, fill up the protank, fresh battery and i'm set for the day. No fiddling or messing about, it's great

Miles too big for out and about though, you don't half know it's in your pocket. I've a bolt coming soon, and need to decide which mod to ditch. I've got an LRider 14500 which has ohms checking and the Vamo to decide between.

I agree it's a bit big for out and about and I probably will get an 18500 mod for out and about, I find 18350 just doesn't last long enough.

I do carry a spare with me :-) I've been changing back to an 18650 battery as soon as I get in the house so I'm just thinking an 18500 for out and about and then my vamo for at home :-)
