Well this is a subject I can chime in on. Hi to anyone who remembers me, I haven't been here for a long time but this place was a great help to me when I started out.
I dropped out of the vaping world but continued vaping because I found what I need. A VAMO, a SID and lots of juice I liked. I was done 'exploring'.
The VAMO finally blew up, the button on the SID stopped working, so now I have an istick 60 which I love and a Kanger Subox thing sort of a set that came with a Subtank nano which I also love. Two great mods and a great tank. I also bought a Subtank mini and I love that too though I prefer the nano for flavour. So I'm glad I jumped back into the whole thing but now I have done that I will buy an Evic mini as that looks like the kind of thing currently fashionable that also floats my boat then I am done again.
I am posting this to answer the OP and also for the benefit of Catface who I believe will eventually understand that the best vaping equipment is the stuff that does EXACTLY what you want it to and steps you out of the whole 'I need the next best thing' scene. I know already from his posts that he will disagree but I thought I would put it out there.
Finding a juice I can vape for a long time has always been much, much harder than finding equipment that gives me a good vape, just my thoughts on it all. Hope you all had a great XMAS and are looking forward to a great new year.
Silent.

If it was me I'd buy a Vamo V5 from FT and a couple of 2600mah batteries in the UK (you need two, use one charge one). Myepack have some good ones, I use Sony VTC5 and have had no problems. You'll need a charger too though. Maybe look at their Vamo V5 kit and ask for two 2600 mah batteries instead of one big one and one small one. For tanks FT do an Aerotank Mega 'style' tank which is just as good as my authentic one at a great price. I too got fed up filling my mini protank 3's (I love them but they're just too small) and have never looked back from the Aerotank Mega it's just a really great tank. You'll need to buy some dual coil heads which you can get from FT as well. Best of luck. This is where you should add "in my opinion" because in MY opinion the Mega is awful, its a pain to fill, has a very weak draw and you cant tell how much juice you have left, the standard aerotank (or FC zerotank clone) wipe the floor with it.... (in my opinion) edit.. and it would look plain stupid on a vision style battery I never buy the SS tanks I buy pyrex so I can see exactly how much is left. You had the option to buy either and chose the one where you can't see how much liquid is left. The standard aerotank (any version) is not a patch on the Mega in the opinion of just about every reviewer on the net. I get a perfect draw from it and tbh I don't care what it looks like on any battery I'm way, way past caring about looks over vape quality. Style over substance doesn't work for me in any aspect of life though tbf.

Rywhore from Chefs Vapour is fantastic. Also, from the same site try Confectionery Cut from Steamgunk. The latter is kind of similar to the Manabush range.

I'm a bit of a custard failure. I keep finding custard vapes I nearly like but none of them have bowled me over. I'm rubbish at liking custard. Kudos to all of you who have mastered the custard love.

Perpetua how did you get on with the Sid? I'm thinking of buying one as a backup to my V5. Does the silver one hold its finish better than the black? Anyone else used a SID? It's been absolutely fine for me silentscream, no issues of any kind at all with mine . . . the end cap is a bit rough thread wise screwing in, but I just put a smear of Vaseline on from time to time and that smooths that out. djs also has a SID I know. Overall there's been mixed opinions from what I've read - but from me, no complaints. Thanks I think I'm just going to go ahead and get one it looks quite nice specially the silver one.

Sorry elly2 I don't mean to hijack your thread for what it's worth I bought a Vamo V5 a while back as my first real mod and I love it, no complaints at all except I was stupid and bought a black chrome one that looks terrible now. If you decide to go for Vamo get the stainless steel one.

Protank 3 has leaked, gurgled and refused to play with my Vamo V5. After some research the answer seems to be to buy 'only' the Kanger dual coil heads that have no stem i.e. the ones they discontinued.
My Protank 3 came with these but because it refused to connect with the V5 I switched them out. It's like all Kanger's big tanks a total disaster apart from the Mega. Just in my experience (and opinion obviously). Mini Protank 3's mindblowing (same as the 2's) but as a rule I run a mile from any big Kanger tank they are utterly dreadful.

I went to see Nick Cave at the Apollo. Vaping banned and the ENTIRE place covered in dry ice. Yeah, totally makes sense. I'd imagine anything sharp would be banned too as there'd be a high likelihood of wanting to cut your wrists listening to him Heathen! The man's a genius. Some of his stuff is pretty grim though lol (from a life perspective, not musically). It always amused me that The Smiths sounded so jolly while Morrissey was telling everyone why they may as well off themselves!

What sweet cream are you using toots ? I mix my own so I use Flavour West's sweet cream concentrate. I normally mix it on its own at 20% and then I add it to the other flavours normally at a 50/50 ratio after they've also been mixed & steeped. Cheers, it sounds like a great combination. Maybe I'll have to have a go at that mixing thing after all

None for me. I find juices start to just taste funny after a few months no matter how much I love them. Monkey Jizz was my all day vape, loved it. Now it just taste of under ripe bananas and give me awful dry mouth. Egg custard tart. Again. Was an all day vape. Now just taste like egg. Kings custard was an all day vape. Now is too sweet. No matter how I mix it up and swap flavours about after a while whatever juice I vape just ends up tasting rank. If you think about it vapes aren't like cigs they're just flavours and you WILL get bored of any flavour if you vape too much. I'm just like you had some diehard faves that just tasted wrong eventually. What was wrong about them was me, I got bored of them lol. However, I always veer back to some kind of RY4 liquid. Current faves are Chef's Vapour Ryhwhore and Steamgunk Ryven 4. Custards tried loads and every single one of them seem 'okay' I'd rather just eat it than vape it tbh. Best vapes for me are always tobacco variants that taste nothing like tobacco yes Grumpy's Hooch and Boba's Bounty I'm looking at you. And any good RY4.

It needs a good steep but is a massive favourite for me. It's a 'light' RY4 type flavour that is easy to use as an ADV in fact if I was told I could only vape one flavour that would be a contender.
Couple of weeks works for me but the longer the better.

I don't think the black background is the problem as much as the size of the fonts. Also the 'unzoomed' pics are too big on the page so it looks kind of cluttered. Just not the best design IMO but blame the blackness if you want to ex goth here I'm not jumping on that bandwagon
