Vapefest 2014 - Camping Site meet up Friday night 1st August

It looks like at least 8 AAEC people/parties are camping on the Friday night at Vapefest.

As we know the weather on the 1st August will be wonderful, so if we can organise it, it would be nice if we could get all the AAEC mob camped near to each other (possibly in a ring?) and those of us staying in hotels bring a sausage or two and some booze that we can chuck on a barbecue of the campers and we can have a barbecue and a drink together.

This may save many £££ spent in pubs and be very social.

What do you think?

i think this is the most sensible suggestion so far and i will go for it so put my name down yahoo cant wait we will all get to meet and know each other before the fest
good oppertunity to swap liquids that you dont like if its allowed and pick up lots of advise i still need to see a lot of tanks and handle some before commiting myself any more ideas

but i agree with you des if we tryed to get us all together would be great becuase then we are not looking round for everyone for the people who havent met allready
im very up for this let me know what happens becuase i will get ronaldo to get my beer then pay him back save me carrying it lol

95% sure will be there, plane is to drive up Friday leave about 2 PM and set up tent and ice box.

Any one camping needs to have a print off off the pdf here, I will print some spares and bring with.
