Like it says in the title, Hi! I'm new on here and new to vaping. A non-smoker (except for about a year or so, which was many years back). I stopped then due to worries about health and some shortness of breath (I have mild asthma) but tried a zero-nicotine e-cig and enjoyed it without any noticeable impact on my breathing.  I've ordered some kit and e-liquids and eagerly awaiting arrival so I can get started properly. Cheers! |

to the forum hotshot, but I have to say that personally I wouldn't recommend vaping to a non-smoker with even mild asthma. Not enough information yet about any effect it might have. Sure, if its been fine so far then it is probably OK, but I wouldn't have thought that "probably" was good enough.

Greetings and to AAEC hotshotyour most welcome, but do please be aware that most discussions on here will be from ex smokers who have chosen this path instead of tobacco. In our case, it's most definitly a lesser evil of the two and is enjoyed with that in mind. However if you wish to vape 0 nic purely as a hobby, then enjoy. If you find yourself struggling at all, just ask there is always somebody around to help. |
