nest time your rebuilding the coil if you look on the bottom there is a flat head screw on the center pin tighten/loosen it so it runs same way as air hole(dont do it without it in bits as part of the deck can move and cause a short)
dont force the screw on the bottom and its the part that is connected to the air hole on top of the deck that can move
for them that want to and down the air adjustment screw its just the tip to get rid of the inward dome/flange on the end

i have heard that a vendor near me will begetting genuine kayfuns in for £30 ill let you know if it ever happens
but when you get it right its is easy to od on the old nic so be careful
i thinks im gona wick one with sillica for my all day vape as when im a work been caught out few times with nasty cotton

ive found cotton only lasts me 2 tanks max before it gets nasty taste but that might be down to the juice i use

It is indeed the juice, caramel blend lasts a couple of days and then the cotton goes manky

Imagine a guy deciding to design the first whistle. He tries various things then finds that passing air through a tiny hole in a metal chamber is the perfect answer. This is how policeman's whistles, referee's whistles, dog whistles and even penny whistles work. It just amazes me that more of our atties don't whistle!


As for cotton going nasty, two or three of my DIY juices will only go one tank before needing a cotton refit

I've recently been rediscovering some of the hidden gems in my mixing and juice box, and some of those have been steeping for over 6 months!
They certainly gunk up the cotton in no time - I rewicked a Kayfun last night after 2 tanks, and the cotton was black as Hades; I'm now vaping some 9-month old Caramel and Gingerbread - bleddy 'ansum Will need to rewick again though, it's darker than the contents of a smoker's lungs

Cloud 9 are the only retailer you'd get a genuine kayfun from in the UK. Can't see that changing anytime soon..

Won't be the genuine article for £30. No chance.

Best clone by far is the H Cigar version. Can get them from vapegeek for £34.60 + p&p.

if a kayfun whistles, it's most likely to be some sort of obstruction in the air intake. Even a bit of juice can cause a whistle.

if it's a genuine lite +, it's also worth checking that the "anti whistle ball" is in place properly..

dan, unfortunately, it is not a genuine one, I bright it off the classies to see whether I would take to it or not. It's been a long haul getting it to work, with massive help from members on the forum and this is the last price of the puzzle lol

I removed the little screw last night, the draw isn't too bad albeit a bit airy, but wasn't sure what to expect as I am used telephone call trolling the draw on the protanks. Giving it a run for its money today...or till when my juice runs out

Don't get me wrong, some of the clones are very good. Some however are night and day..

thing with kayfuns is that they can be finicky to begin with, but once you get your head around them they are almost faultless!!

Only rba that edges the kayfun is the rose for flavour, but again, the rose does have it's drawbacks..

I started off with two clones last December. I now have 5 genuines that work perfectly.

you'll get there, and once you do, you'll be in vaping nirvana!

If it is true then they'll be gone in minutes, but I highly doubt it.

when the lite+ was introduced, the v1 lite was obviously discontinued. C9v cleared their stock at £55 each iirc as did all of the other retailers around the world. You can't buy a v1 lite from anywhere anymore, not even directly from Svoemesto.
