So , I think I'm settled , as I can be with the Vision spinner battery and EVOD tank ( only found a couple of juices so far , I must be too picky I guess ) for out and about/work use , but I'm looking for something for home/safe use that will give me a better vaping experience. I'm ( hopefully ) going to be microcoiling when the ready made coils come from FastTech, so the only real expense for out and about/work use will be liquid.
For home/safe use I'm at a bit of a loss, as I'm not really sure of what I'm after.I've had a look at the Innokin MVP 2.0 but even one of the reviewers said that ( Phil's Review ) said that the watts and Volts sometimes didn't match up to what was being set , the button ( maybe ) in the wrong place and being hard to push.I've tried to read about volts versus watts, but I haven't really found a definitive answer to why watts is better AND what would I set the watts to, I currently set my spinner at 3.7V ??
As far as a tank is concerned the only 2 things that I think I would want are , a better vape and as cheap to recoil as the EVOD ( if the latter is possible ).
The problem I have is that I don't ( at least I don't think I have ) a shop that's near me that has different mods for me to try.I live in crawley and there is a new shop in town but no web site, and information about a product before you go in would be best and their facebook page doesn't list their mods and tanks etc.Next their is Wize Cigs in Horsham but they only have the MVP 2.0 and I can get it cheaper elsewhere, then Mist E-Liquid in Brighton, but they are mainly liquid based and have the Innokin MVP 2.0 , VTR and SVD.Their are two others in brighton, first , The Vapour Trail and their web site doesn't list ANYTHING AT ALL and the other is The Vaping Vault and they don't seem to have any battery mods other than the Pelle one ( not interested in those ) and they only have ce4 and ce5 clearomisers.
Any ideas , suggestions etc on the above is definitely needed , lol

Oh, and if you want a tank for Fasttech premade wires.
Protank 2 with airflow. (biggest....)
Mini Protank 2. (smallest and pyrex)
or
Kanger T3S. (slim and plastic, but excellent)

+1 on the VTR for home use, and for defence proposes. Montana On the question of why watts is better: Well its pretty subjective but ill give some examples so you can see how each works. 1. When using VV you set the voltage and the resistance of the coil determines the power(watts) P=VxV/R i.e. 3.7vx3.7v/1.5Ohm=9.12 watts. If you change to a 2.0Ohm atty then this happens 3.7x3.7/2.0=6.84watts. So as you see there will be a change in power if you change over from a 1.5 to a 2.0. 2. When using VW the power is set in watts and the voltage automatically changes depending on the resistance of the atty: V=?(PxR) so ?(9.12x1.5)=3.69 volts. If you were to change to a 2.0 Ohm atty then ?(9.12x2)=4.27 volts. so the volts will change to delivery the same amount of power(W). As it is power that determines how fast the coil heats up and how hot the coil burns, then using watts will gave a more consistent vapour if the resistance were to change. Looking back at my answer I hope I haven't lost you. You don't really need to know the maths for normal vaping, it just shows what is happening.

The reason I didn't mention the VTR is because of the weight, it was twice as heavy as I thought it was going to be, it seemed to be heavier than a house brick.
djs why the laughter about the MVP 2.0 ??

+1 for the Aerotank too. I use a Nautilus but WILL be upgrading with my next order. However if you vape more than 50% VG then the nautilus has the edge, but will it fit a VTR??

Vtr is my goto device at home. Coupled with the aerotank job done. And if you fancy a micro coil but can't be arsed coiling. Get a naturevape head. I've been using mine for three months now. No more buying crappy kanger heads for me.

'cause you said you didn't want one... It's very good. Really... by far and away the top recommendation on the world's largest e-cig forum (which isn't this one...)

My bad , which forum is that , I'm going to defend myself and it won't last for long as others will point out to me if I use it to often , that I'm new to vaping.
Is there a link you can forward to me please.
On a side note, I wish there was a cross between the MVP 2.0 and the VTR.If the MVP 2.0 housed the tank like the VTR that would be fantastic but with the black design and the lighter weight.Having said that , my other real concern about the MVP2.0 is the NON replaceable battery , I would much rather have a device that could truly last years that you could just change the battery in.Also going on from that, there isn't , as far as I've seen , an ego style battery that is replaceable either, maybe something the manufacturers want to think about in the future and it would be seen as being as green as possible instead of just throwing away the whole device, like I will have to with the Vision spinner , and I'm never going to know when that is ??
